Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn, unused, and with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at admin@arviso.shop.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions, including where and how to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
However, if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has any other quality-related issue caused during transportation, Arviso will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before submitting your request.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging
- With tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
This right is provided in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
